lesson learnt.. never drink b4 watching 3d...
so wanna faint.. n my friends dozed off...

ran for a soild 45min.. sweat everything out..
n my mind suddenly popped up the very first motivation tt begin my all this jogging habit...
i just smiled and jogged even faster..
